Initial Consultation
We begin with a one-on-one consultation, usually onsite at your home or project location. This allows us to measure the space accurately, assess any building constraints, and most importantly — listen to what you want. We’ll talk about your lifestyle, what works (and doesn’t) in your current kitchen, your must-haves, and your wishlist. It’s also a chance for us to share ideas and offer suggestions that suit your space and budget.

Turning Ideas Into a Vision
Concept Design
Once we’ve got a solid understanding of your needs, our design team gets to work on a custom concept. We’ll schedule a time to walk you through the plan and visuals. Most clients request a few changes — that’s all part of the process. We work with you to refine the design until you’re 100% happy with the layout, functionality, and budget. We can meet in person or continue to adjust things remotely, depending on what suits you best.

Locking in Your Project
Quote & Sign-Off
With the final design approved, we provide a detailed quote for your review. Once you’re ready to move forward, we take care of the paperwork and lock in your production and installation slot. This keeps your project on track and ensures we’re all working to the same timeline.

Selections
Now it’s time to bring your kitchen to life. We’ll help you select cabinetry colours, benchtop materials, handles, splashbacks, and any other features. Whether you have a clear style in mind or need some guidance, we make this step easy and enjoyable — and we’ll make sure everything works cohesively with your overall design.

Final Checks
Pre-Production Meeting
Before we head into production, we sit down with you one last time to run through every detail of your kitchen. This meeting ensures nothing has been missed or misunderstood — from appliance specs to drawer configurations — so you can move forward with confidence.

Production
Final Site Measure
Once the design is locked and selections are made, we return to your site for a precise final measure. This step is crucial to ensure a perfect fit, especially if any structural changes have taken place since the initial consult. Your kitchen then goes into production, where our skilled team crafts each element to the highest standard.

Bringing It All Together
Installation & Handover
Once everything is ready, our installation team gets to work. We install your new kitchen with care, precision, and minimal disruption to your home. After a final quality check, making sure you’re happy with every detail. The kitchen is all yours to enjoy.
